David Moellman – Attorney

Is not your typical attorney. As an undergrad, the Baltimore native earned his degree in Physical Therapy (PT) at the University of Maryland. He began his PT career treating patients with traumatic brain injuries and other serious neurological and orthopedic injuries.

Attorney Moellman was the Director of Physical Medicine at Hanover Hospital for 13 years. The decision to become a personal injury lawyer after graduation from the University of Maryland Law School was a natural one.

His unique background sets him a part from other attorneys. Dave now uses his extensive medical background and law degree to help injured individuals in PA and MD get the results they deserve.

​Dave is a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a Korean martial art and combat sport, and has competed in full-contact bouts. In his spare time, he also enjoys outdoor activities such as dirt-biking, kayaking, and riding horses on his southern York County farm.

He is married and has two daughters. Dave welcomed his first grandchild in June, 2017.
